Several reports confirm that well-known celebrity bodyguard Norman Oosterbroek was tasered and killed by police after “storming”his neighbor’s Florida home (naked) on Monday (September2).
Oosterbroek (the head security for Jay-Z and his wife Beyonce) was seen swallowing an “unknown substance” before violently resisting arrest. After authorities struck Oosterbroek with the Taser, he was promptly transported to Baptist Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.The Miami-Dade police report that at around 10:45 p.m. on Monday, Christiane Jung heard strange noises coming from the inside of her Pinecrest, FL home. She was then confronted by Oosterbroek, who lived down the street. Jung’s husband Markus got intoa violent fight with the intruder before Ooasterbroek was spotted swallowing a mystery substance.When police finally arrived, Oosterbroek (who was naked) refused to be subdued and strongly resisted arrest. Authorities were forced to Taser him.
Fire Rescue transported the unconscious bodyguard to the nearby Baptist Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.Police believe Oosterbroek may have been under the influence of some kind of drug – autopsy and toxicology reports are still pending.
